What areas do you serve?

We primarily service Huntsville, Alabama and surrounding areas. Extended service areas may be available upon request and may require additional fees.

Do you offer group transportation?

Yes, we offer group transportation for corporate events, weddings, and other special occasions.

Are your drivers licensed and insured?

Yes, all of our drivers are fully licensed and insured for your safety and peace of mind.

Do you wait while we’re at our destination?

Wait time is included in select services and packages. Additional wait time may be added for an extra fee.

How far in advance do I need to book?

We recommend booking at least 48–72 hours in advance. Same-day requests are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.

Can we decorate the vehicle ourselves?

For safety and vehicle care, outside décor is not permitted without prior approval. Styled décor options are available as add-ons.
